Subscription Plans
- Monthly subscriptions: you can cancel anytime; service continues through the current billing period.
- Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods once service has begun.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., extended outages attributable to us), we may offer prorated credits or refunds.
API Usage
- Usage-based charges are calculated from successful API calls as recorded in our systems.
- If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days with relevant request IDs and timestamps.
- We may issue credits or adjustments after verifying discrepancies.
Trials and Promotions
Free trials or promotional credits may be available from time to time and are subject to the specific terms disclosed at signup.
Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account pending resolution.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@heysearch.ai with your account email, invoice number, and details of the issue. We aim to review requests within 5–7 business days.
